金双侠


华中农业大学植物科学技术学院教授,博士生导师,作物遗传改良国家重点实验室PI。
近年来以第一作者或通讯作者在植物学知名期刊Trends in Plant Science、 Plant Physiology、Plant Biotech Journal等杂志上发表20多篇植物基因工程的学术文章。总引用次数900多次。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,转基因重大专项(子课题)1项,十三五国家重点研发专项(子课题 )1项,湖北省自然科学基金重点项目(杰青)1项。

研究方向

目前的研究方向涉及棉花生物技术、细胞质基因组及质体基因工程等。目前从事棉花与害虫互作分子机制及抗虫相关基因的克隆和高效表达载体(叶绿体转化表达体系)的开发研究。
目前从事棉花与害虫互作分子机制研究,主要通过多重组学(转录组、蛋白质组,代谢组等)手段,挖掘棉花自身的抗虫防御相关基因,利用高效的植物基因编辑技术体系验证相关基因的功能。同时分离鉴定多种外源的植物抗虫基因、抗性机制(新型BT基因、凝集素基因,RNAi等),通过细胞核转化和叶绿体转化表达体系,提高植物的抗虫性。
