研究学习经历:

1995年与1998年于华东师范大学获本科及理学硕士学位;2003年于复旦大学获理学博士学位。2003年至2006年于美国UT M.D.安德森癌症中心分子与细胞肿瘤学系从事博士后研究。2006年至2013年任职于上海市肿瘤研究所癌基因及相关基因国家重点实验室,研究员,PI。2014年至今任职于复旦大学生物医学研究院及复旦大学附属肿瘤医院/肿瘤研究所,研究员,博士生导师。主要从事消化系恶性肿瘤发生与转移的分子机理研究,研究方向包括:非编码RNA调控网络及其分子机制;癌基因鉴定、功能与细胞信号转导;肿瘤基因组学与生物信息学。近年通过全基因组扫描及全外显子组测序揭示了肝癌染色体高频扩增/缺失区及肝癌基因组突变谱,为肝癌提供多个候选分子标志物;鉴定多个肝癌候选癌基因/抑癌基因及转移相关基因,并阐明其分子作用机制,为发展新的肝癌干预策略提供了新的候选靶点;揭示了多个miRNA在肝癌细胞生长、侵袭与转移、缺氧微环境、炎癌转化、肿瘤细胞代谢中的作用及分子机制,丰富了肝癌基因调控网络,为开发新的肝癌治疗策略提供了实验与理论基础。2011年国家杰出青年科学基金获得者;已发表SCI论文70余篇,包括Nature Cell Biology, Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Cell Research, Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Cancer Research, Oncogene, Clinical Cancer Research, Science Signaling等国际学术期刊;论文被引2700余次。

MicroRNAs in liver cancer biology: regulation, mechanism and clinical Implications(4月22日,14:30 - 14:55 pm)

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are evolutionarily conserved short endogenous non-coding RNAs that have been identified as post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression. miRNAs have significant roles in diverse biological processes, meanwhile, deregulation of miRNAs has been observed in a wide range of human diseases, including cancer. In human cancer, miRNAs can function as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes during tumor development and progression. Our recent work indicates that miRNAs are often deregulated in human liver cancer, and have essential roles in cancer cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis, hypoxic and inflammatory microenvironment, and cancer cell metabolism. The discovery of the aberrantly expressed miRNAs and their corresponding targets has opened a novel avenue to investigate the molecular mechanism of liver cancer progression and to develop potential therapeutics against liver cancer. Some specific miRNAs are associated with the clinicopathological features of liver cancer, which could serve as the potential biomarkers for diagnosis, subtyping and prognosis prediction of liver cancer.
